Include your purchase email, organization, order or receipt reference, product, state and edition. Do not send payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

Brief-to-Intel upgrade: email billing with the matching state and edition and desired number of users within 30 days of your Brief order. Credit is the eligible amount actually paid; PSAIR reviews the request and provides the payment route. Read the credit and founder price-lock rules before buying Intel.

First-order fit guarantee: an eligible first order for one single-state Brief or Intel edition may be refunded on request within seven days after delivery or access, once per organization. Email billing with a brief explanation of the mismatch. Check eligibility and the file-deletion requirement.

Review the refund and cancellation policy. New state editions are one-time purchases; future editions and ongoing monitoring are not included. Historical subscription terms are archived for actual prior contracts only, with no new enrollment.

Before you buy

Invoices, purchase orders and team access

For an invoice or purchasing inquiry, email billing@psairgroup.com or select Market Brief or Intel in this form. Include your organization, desired states and editions, number of named users and any procurement requirements.

One-time Brief and Intel licenses cover one named user, or 2–5 named users in one organization at 1.5 times the eligible basket after discounts. Six or more users and multi-entity use require a quote. See license details.

Upfront payment is the default. A purchase order is not payment and does not automatically establish Net 30. Vendor onboarding, alternative payment terms, tax handling and any procurement-specific timeline require review and written agreement. An inquiry does not reserve founder eligibility or commit PSAIR to those requirements.
