Subscription & Access Terms

1. Plans covered

These terms apply to recurring PSAIR access plans purchased through the website, including PSAIR Intelligence, PSAIR Intelligence + Opportunities / Florida Pro, and any recurring PSAIR Team subscription purchased online.

2. Access level

• PSAIR Intelligence: one named user total across purchased states.
• Florida Pro: one named user total across purchased states.
• PSAIR Team: up to five approved named users total for one organization across purchased states, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Login credentials, files, subscriber-only reports, and premium datasets may not be shared beyond the licensed users.

3. States and annual access

The purchase identifies the covered state or states and the licensed users. Florida is the only paid state currently released. New states are included only after separate purchase and release approval. Standard prices cover up to three approved states; four or more states require a written quote. A new state added during a term has its own 12-month term unless a written agreement states otherwise. Team priority questions clarify published records in purchased states; custom and new-state research require separate scope and pricing.

4. Annual billing and automatic renewal

Where checkout identifies a plan as recurring, the subscription is billed annually and renews automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. The amount and billing interval shown at checkout control. If PSAIR changes a renewal price, PSAIR will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price is charged.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of future renewal by contacting billing@psairgroup.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily end access before the end of the already-paid annual term.

6. Access and fulfillment

PSAIR may use manual onboarding while premium access systems are being expanded. Unless checkout states otherwise, access or onboarding instructions are normally provided to the purchasing email address within one business day after successful payment. Customers who do not receive instructions should contact support@psairgroup.com.

7. Content and update cadence

PSAIR is a research service, not a real-time official procurement system. Records are updated based on source availability, monitoring cadence, verification status, and research priorities. A subscription does not guarantee that every agency, procurement, award, budget action, aircraft movement, or market event will be identified immediately.

8. Included reports and newsletters

Where a plan includes the Florida Market Brief or subscriber editions of The PSAIR Brief, those materials are provided for the licensed user's internal use and are subject to the same restrictions on redistribution and resale.

9. Suspension or termination

PSAIR may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, credential sharing, unauthorized redistribution, scraping, security threats, fraud, abuse, or material violation of these terms. Where reasonable, PSAIR will provide notice and an opportunity to cure ordinary account issues.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a prorated refund for the current annual term.
