Organization license
One named purchasing organization may edit and use the purchased dated templates and offline editor for its own communications and planning. Authorized employees and contractors may work on that organization's behalf. The organization may publish the resulting approved communications and retain and reuse its purchased version. Additional organizations, unrelated client work, resale or redistribution of the template package, sublicensing, later editions, future updates and recurring services are excluded.
Buyer-supplied branding, photographs, logos and other assets remain subject to the buyer's actual rights. PSAIR supplies original templates and an editor; no external photographs, logos, licensed course material or employer permission is included.
Delivery and review
The purchase is a dated editable ZIP and self-contained offline HTML editor. Personalization runs on the buyer's computer without sending those facts to PSAIR. Fictional samples are explicitly labeled. The organization supplies and approves its actual facts, official links, dates, timezones, qualifications, recognition, policy wording and asset rights before using resulting drafts.
No automatic posting, email sending, advertising spend, application submission, certification, grant award, recruitment result or emergency instruction is included. Campaign calendars contain up to five approved draft posts in a verified planning window capped at 90 days. They are plans for the organization's staff to execute.
One-time kit cancellation and delivery problems
Before purchased files have been delivered or made available, PSAIR may cancel and refund the kit order on request. After access is provided, the kit purchase is generally final, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, PSAIR's failure to provide the purchased product or required consumer remedies. Contact billing@psairgroup.com for review. Refunds are reviewed by PSAIR; no automatic refund or new financial transaction is promised by the software.
Recruitment listing-plus-kit bundle
The $79 bundle includes the $39 Recruitment Launch Kit and a $40 placement component. The placement is one clearly labeled paid employer website listing, for up to 30 days from activation. It includes no bulletin or email placement. Employer authority, exact facts, source permission and current editorial eligibility must pass before checkout is offered. Payment does not establish eligibility.
Official closure, employer withdrawal, materially changed facts, expired evidence or a payment hold removes the placement earlier. PSAIR rechecks eligibility before publishing and while displaying the placement. The separately purchased kit remains reusable under its organization license when an editorial placement ends; a refunded or disputed purchase may lose download access.
If PSAIR cannot activate an eligible, paid placement, the remedy is an owner-reviewed refund of the $40 placement component. A buyer-requested withdrawal or normal official closure after activation creates no automatic prorated refund. Billing errors, PSAIR's failure to provide the purchased service and required consumer remedies remain reviewable. This policy applies only to new kit/bundle purchases under this version.
Existing purchases
Existing Intelligence purchases, prices, terms, legacy access, forms and checkout/download/referral URLs are unchanged. This license grants no additional Intelligence rights.
