The original historical files remain preserved. Read the applicable correction first where wording differs. A newer workbook's record count does not expand the older Brief's scope. Source limits and original dates still apply.

Gwinnett maintenance was a recommendation
The August 4, 2026 work-session agenda, page 5, item 2026-0838, proposes a $655,359.86 helicopter-maintenance renewal ceiling and a separate $279,534.69 ratification. The review did not establish the final vote, executed contract or payment. Earlier Brief approval, 5–0 vote and completed-ratification wording should be treated as unverified. Do not add the amounts together or infer delivered work.
Official work-session agenda
Atlanta authorization and earlier coverage
The City of Atlanta 2022 Accountability Report, page 31, reports a $10 million emergency authorization for two helicopters and one conversion. It does not establish a signed manufacturer contract, delivery, completed conversion or current availability. The September Brief remains an 11-profile snapshot; its earlier county-screen milestone is not the expanded October workbook's scope.

Syracuse DFR was held
The cited July 28, 2025 council agenda marks the Axon Air Remote item H/H (held). It does not establish final approval, signed execution, delivery or operating DFR service, and its term wording conflicts. This qualifies the earlier Brief's approval wording and commercial stage.
The aircraft floor is not a New York fleet total
The Brief's 20-aircraft floor combines selected agency figures with LifeNet's eleven aircraft across New York and Pennsylvania. All eleven cannot be assigned to New York. Historical, undated, ordered and grant-scope quantities are not a current ready-fleet inventory.
The Brief's earlier 22 program and 13 commercial records retain their September scope; the expanded October workbook has a different scope. Source-body access limits and unknowns remain explicit.

Jackson statistics retain their source period
The March 4, 2025 minutes call the presentation 2024 statistics and report five drone deployments, without expressly defining a calendar or fiscal period. That qualifies the earlier Brief's fiscal wording. The later February 2026 source was not freshly retrieved in the correction; no new total is inferred.
Appropriations, purchases and operation differ
Morehead City's $36,000 package includes a $32,700 appropriated change and $3,300 reserved for future appropriation. Document inclusion does not independently establish execution or delivery. NCDOT's historical pilot report records $18,853.80 and $23,500 purchases within the $42,353.80 UAV subtotal and larger mixed totals. They must not be added again or treated as a current fleet inventory.
The eleven-profile Brief retains its September scope. The October county discovery work is not proof of a complete fleet census or absence of services.

Reporting periods and financial stages
The October 5 qualification preserves uncertainty in Harris County's report labeled 2023–2024, which includes December 2025 dates. Its $134,721.03 cost is retained with period uncertainty. Previously recorded DPS contract values do not establish current availability or cancellation. Authorizations, adopted plans, contracts, payments, delivery and operation remain separate stages.
October 8 DPS correction
The Texas DPS October 7 official response to P027398-092826 reports 30 operating aircraft: 29 owned and one leased. Pending purchases and deliveries are separate. DPS reports 6,340 flights, 13,126 flight hours and 9,235 agency assists for September 1, 2025 through September 29, 2026. These are reporting-period figures, not calendar-year 2026 totals; agency assists must not be renamed missions.
The original twelve-profile Brief remains a dated selected-profile publication. The expanded October Intel edition has a different scope, with full agency and fleet census work still open. Read the published Texas edition disclosure.
