These are bounded, selected-program editions. Coverage is not a statewide county or municipality census. FAA registration identifies a registered aircraft; it does not establish current operation or availability. Complete operating fleets, exact current sensor configurations and operational readiness are not certified. Unknowns and procurement-stage conflicts remain visible in the research.
