What this helps you decide

Compare direct operators, a shared government aviation unit, contracted aviation services, university testing support and programs with historical or developing evidence. The ten-case focus table pairs each case with an evidence-based research action and the specific fact that must be verified before making a product, bid or readiness decision.

What you receive

  • A six-page analytical PDF with the ten-case buyer focus, action and defer table.
  • Selected program findings and visible evidence limits, with a claim-to-source index, precise locators, original source periods, clickable source links and section bookmarks.
  • Source, claim and eight-category coverage CSV files.
  • Declared scope, portable license and correction/support instructions.
  • A member manifest with file hashes.

Scope and evidence limits

Ten selected Virginia aviation and UAS program cases

  • The denominator is these ten named cases. This edition is not a census of every Virginia locality, provider or aircraft.
  • Historical missions, contracted resources and financial periods retain their original dates. Undated program descriptions are identified as such.
  • Program descriptions and published fleet reports do not establish a verified current aircraft inventory, airworthiness, operational readiness or immediate availability.
  • Budgets, replacement aims, development announcements and advertised listings are separate evidence stages. They do not establish purchase intent, actual spending or a contract award.
  • The full specifications, exact program connection, deadline time, addenda and award stage for Henrico aircraft RFP 26-3011-10JMH remain unverified. Its advertised listing must be rechecked before a bid decision.
  • Chesterfield DFR live coverage, actual flight activity and program-specific expenditure remain unresolved. Development and local testing are reported as such.

License, price and support

Tennessee and Virginia editions are separate one-state, one-tier purchases for one named user in one organization. They cannot be combined with another edition or added to a team license or fixed collection. Existing founder eligibility and matching same-family Brief credit rules apply; earlier purchases retain their accepted rights.

No subscription, automatic renewal, future editions or ongoing monitoring. Intelligence includes the matching Brief. Existing entitled buyers receive same-edition error corrections without repurchase; later editions are separate purchases.

Eligible founder pricing follows existing organization and capacity rules and is confirmed before payment. An eligible, unrefunded matching same-family Brief may count its actual paid amount toward Intelligence within 30 days using the same verified organization and purchase email.
