PSAIR organizes those fragments into a research model that can be verified, updated, and used for better decisions.
How PSAIR works
Records are source-graded, dated, and monitored. Registration is not automatically treated as operational status. Budget requests are separated from adopted funding and executed contracts. Contract ceilings, capital projects, and recurring operating costs are not combined without a clear accounting basis.
