1. Acceptance

By using psairgroup.com or purchasing or accessing a PSAIR product or service, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms identified at checkout or in a written agreement.

2. PSAIR products and services

PSAIR provides public-safety aviation market intelligence, research, opportunity monitoring, reports, directories, newsletters, and advisory services. Product scope may change as coverage expands, sources change, and research is updated.

3. Research is informational

PSAIR content is provided for informational and business-research purposes. It is not an official agency publication and is not legal, financial, investment, procurement, contracting, aviation-safety, or regulatory advice. Users are responsible for verifying time-sensitive information with the applicable official source before acting.

4. Accounts, access, and permitted use

Paid access is licensed for the number of users included in the purchased plan. Unless a plan expressly allows multiple users, access is for one named user and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or made available to unrelated third parties.

You may use PSAIR content for your own internal business research and decision-making. You may not systematically scrape, harvest, republish, reproduce, resell, build a competing database from, or commercially redistribute PSAIR content without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

PSAIR branding, original analysis, database organization, written reports, research summaries, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to PSAIR Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Public-source facts remain facts; PSAIR's selection, organization, analysis, and presentation of those facts may be protected.

6. Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Stripe. Recurring plans are governed by the Subscription & Access Terms. Refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Third-party sources and links

PSAIR may link to government portals, procurement systems, agency documents, vendor materials, and other third-party sources. PSAIR does not control those sites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

8. Availability and changes

PSAIR may add, remove, correct, or update content and features. PSAIR may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, misuse, nonpayment, or operational reasons.

9. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSAIR products and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that all information is complete, current, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular decision or procurement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSAIR Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of PSAIR content or services. For a paid product or service, PSAIR's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to PSAIR for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Separate agreements

If PSAIR and a customer sign a separate written agreement, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these website terms.
