1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how PSAIR Group collects, uses, and shares information when you visit psairgroup.com, contact PSAIR, subscribe to The PSAIR Brief, purchase a product, or use a paid PSAIR service.

2. Information we collect

• Contact information: name, email address, organization, and information you submit through a contact or access-request form.
• Newsletter information: email address and subscription preferences for The PSAIR Brief.
• Purchase and account information: customer name, email address, product purchased, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and billing-related metadata. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe; PSAIR does not receive your full card number.
• Technical and usage information: information normally generated when a website is accessed, such as IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, and security or performance logs.
• Correspondence: messages you send to PSAIR and records needed to respond to or service your request.

3. How we use information

PSAIR uses information to provide and support products and subscriptions, fulfill purchases, respond to inquiries, send requested newsletters and service communications, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve the site and research products, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service providers

PSAIR uses third-party service providers to operate parts of the business. These currently include Cloudflare for website infrastructure and security, Google Workspace for business email, Formspree for website form delivery, beehiiv for newsletter subscriptions and distribution, and Stripe for payment processing and recurring billing. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Sharing and sale of information

PSAIR may disclose information to service providers that perform functions on its behalf, when required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. PSAIR does not sell personal information for money.

6. Email choices

You may unsubscribe from The PSAIR Brief using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter. Transactional, billing, access, security, or customer-service messages may still be sent when necessary to provide a product or service you requested.

7. Retention

PSAIR retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to maintain purchase, subscription, research-support, tax, accounting, security, and legal records. Retention periods may differ by record type.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. Requests may be sent to support@psairgroup.com. PSAIR may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Security

PSAIR uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

PSAIR's services are designed for professional and business audiences and are not directed to children under 13.

11. Changes

PSAIR may update this policy as services change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
