Public intelligence

PSAIR may report factual, public-source information about public-safety aviation agencies, fleets, programs, budgets, procurements, contracts, systems, vendors, and market activity. Public coverage does not constitute a recommendation to pursue an agency, procurement, or vendor.

Paid work

Before accepting paid advisory, referral, opportunity, proposal, or capture work, PSAIR performs a separate conflict screen. Work may be declined where an engagement overlaps with an existing employment obligation, confidential information, a protected customer or prospect relationship, a competitive procurement, or another conflict that could compromise independence.

Information boundaries

• PSAIR does not use employer-confidential or other non-public information in public products.
• Non-public pricing, strategy, proposals, customer lists, protected contacts, and confidential opportunity information are outside the PSAIR public research model.
• Unresolved public facts are labeled as unresolved rather than inferred.
• Source dates and verification levels are preserved so readers can judge currency and confidence.

Independence standard

The goal is simple: public intelligence should remain factual and defensible, and paid work should be accepted only when it can be performed without compromising other obligations.
