Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026

1. One-time digital reports

The Florida Public Safety Aviation Market Brief is a digital product. If a cancellation request is received before the report has been delivered or made available, PSAIR may cancel and refund the order. After digital delivery or access has been provided, the purchase is generally final except for duplicate charges, billing errors, a failure by PSAIR to provide the purchased product, or where a refund is required by law.

2. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the paid term has begun and access has been provided. Canceling an annual subscription stops future renewal charges; it does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund of the current paid term.

3. Renewal cancellation

To avoid the next annual renewal charge, send a cancellation request to billing@psairgroup.com before the renewal date. PSAIR will use the timestamp of the received request when determining whether a renewal cancellation was timely.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact billing@psairgroup.com with the purchaser email address and transaction details so PSAIR can review the charge.

5. Advisory and custom research

Custom research, proposal support, capture support, executive briefings, and other advisory work may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or agreement. The cancellation and refund terms in that document control for that engagement.

6. Required consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
