Cleveland County Sheriff's Office
The county's September 30 workbook lists four Sheriff-owned DJI aircraft as operational: Matrice 4T, Mavic 2T, Matrice 210, and Mini 2SE. It separately lists one Emergency Management Mavic 3T occasionally borrowed by the Sheriff and one deputy-owned Mavic 3T. Those two are not counted as Sheriff-owned aircraft.
The monthly summary totals 88 flights in calendar 2025 and 33 flights from January through August 2026. The latter is a partial-year figure; the workbook does not provide flight hours.

Guilford County Sheriff's Office
Guilford County says it owns, and the Sheriff operates, a 2003 Cessna 172S, N635BK. The county reports 1,481 hours 45 minutes flown by this aircraft for the combined period January 1, 2025–September 24, 2026. The response does not split the hours by year or establish an exhaustive fleet count.

Nags Head Police Department
The Town Clerk identifies one DJI Matrice 4TD in service and an older Mavic Enterprise out of service as of September 24. A July 14 purchase order lists the replacement drone and training at $12,993 before tax; an invoice lists $13,870.03 including tax. An order and invoice do not establish payment. The response describes broad 2025–26 use categories but supplies no comparable flight total.

Kinston Police Department
The department reports using two drones for search and rescue and other needs. Its response names the models “Matrice 3” and “Matice 4T”; those spellings and precise variants await clarification. The 2017 City/County partnership asset is a separate historical matter: Police says it was never given access, to the responder's knowledge. Flight-log screening remains pending.

Onslow County agreement and activity
A released agreement signed September 23–24, 2025 states an initial term of October 1, 2025–September 30, 2026. It quotes $68,500 annually and $40,000 in one-time equipment, a $108,500 quoted first-year total. This is a contract amount, not verified spending or delivery. A separate county-released dashboard screenshot shows 361 flights and 204 hours 20 minutes for a 2026-selected window available by September 24; its capture date is unspecified. The current aircraft roster and Sheriff/Emergency Services operating split remain unresolved.

North Carolina Forest Service
An agency-supplied aircraft-hours roster lists 23 aircraft rows across helicopter, patrol and SEAT-module headings and 1,705.4 reported 2026 hours through September 24 across populated entries. Five rows carry out-of-service or long-term-maintenance notes; one of those includes 2.6 hours. Blank hours are unknown, and this is not a certified active fleet count. The agency did not supply a 2025 annual total in this response.
