Price, founder eligibility, upgrade and refund details
One best eligible price
Eligible state baskets: 10% off 2–3 states and 20% off 4 or more. The 30% rate applies only to the exact complete eight-Brief or seven-Intel collection. Pennsylvania Intel can join eligible legacy baskets but is not a member of the frozen seven-Intel collection. For seven Briefs, the 20% standard rate is the same total as all eight. Maryland and New Jersey are sold separately and are not included in these collections.
Founder pricing uses the lower of that standard basket or $99 per Brief / $349 per Intel. Team access for 2–5 named users is 1.5 times the resulting basket. No stacked discounts.
A bounded founding offer
First order from each of the first 10 buying organizations, ending November 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, whichever comes first. Eligibility and remaining capacity are confirmed before payment.
Start with a Brief: within 30 days, apply what you actually paid for a separately purchased matching state and edition toward Intel. Bundle credit uses the state’s paid allocation; the included Brief in Intel earns no additional credit. See upgrade terms.
First-order fit: one single-state edition can qualify for the seven-day fit guarantee, once per organization. Collections and services are excluded; refunded files must no longer be used.
One-time dated editions. Other states, later editions and ongoing monitoring are not included. Prior purchases retain their accepted terms. Review the Terms, Refund Policy and Research Disclaimer.
Have an existing annual contract? Its accepted terms continue to apply; no new subscription enrollment is offered. Manage your subscription and invoices.
Standard single-user basket: $402.30 for three Briefs or $1,336.50 for three Intel editions, before tax. Final founder eligibility, team pricing and matching Brief credit are checked before payment.
Rocky Mountain state editions · order details
Utah, Idaho, Montana and Colorado each offer a dated Market Brief and Intelligence edition. Selected-program evidence and coverage gaps remain explicit.
